Terms of Service

1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed via the Mintwick online store, operated by Leander Mihm, Ludwigstraße 20, 65195 Wiesbaden, Germany ("we", "us"). Consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB are natural persons acting for purposes outside their trade or profession.

2. Contract

The presentation of products is not a binding offer. By clicking the order button you place a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we confirm acceptance (e.g. order/shipping confirmation). Products are made to order.

3. Prices & payment

All prices are final prices. Pursuant to § 19 UStG no VAT is shown (small business regulation). Shipping costs are stated separately before you complete the order. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

4. Delivery

Items are printed on demand and then shipped. Estimated production and delivery times are stated on the Shipping page.

5. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal as described on our Cancellation (Widerruf) page.

6. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

7. Dispute resolution

We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.

8. Applicable law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the consumer's country of residence remain unaffected.
