Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery type other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earliest. You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
